A simple yogurt dip made with shredded cucumbers, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, and olive oil, this tzatziki is so easy and will become a staple in your condiment arsenal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup shredded cucumbers pressed
  • ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbs red wine vinegar
  • 1-2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the yogurt, cucumbers, dill, garlic, red wine vinegar, and salt. Stir and taste. Add any extra ingredients (salt, garlic, dill, cucumber, vinegar) per your personal preference.
