Tzatziki Sauce

- 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup shredded cucumbers pressed
- ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1-2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- kosher salt to taste
Combine the yogurt, cucumbers, dill, garlic, red wine vinegar, and salt. Stir and taste. Add any extra ingredients (salt, garlic, dill, cucumber, vinegar) per your personal preference.
