Pumpkin Butter
This pumpkin butter is so easy to throw together, and can be ready with its ultra-smooth, pumpkin-packed flavor in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 15-oz can pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Add everything to a pot and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and let cook about 20 minutes, or until it forms a beautiful and smooth paste.
