Jerk BBQ Steak Kabobs

These juicy steak kabobs are made with a sweet and spicy Jerk BBQ Sauce to make them unique. And they're grilled on a skewer with veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 batch jerk BBQ sauce
  • 2.5 lbs sirloin steak cut into cubes
  • 2 bell peppers cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 red onions peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Soak the wooden skewers for 30 minutes before skewering.
  • Add the spices to the cubed steak and combine.
  • Make the skewers by alternating veggies, pineapple, steak, about 2 times per skewer (I like have 3-4 pieces of meat per skewer).
  • Over a BBQ grill, or a grill pan over high heat, grill for ~8 minutes, or until done. When nearing the end of cooking, start brushing the skewers with the Jerk BBQ Sauce. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
