Jerk BBQ Steak Kabobs
These juicy steak kabobs are made with a sweet and spicy Jerk BBQ Sauce to make them unique. And they're grilled on a skewer with veggies!

- 1 batch jerk BBQ sauce
- 2.5 lbs sirloin steak cut into cubes
- 2 bell peppers cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 red onions peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
Soak the wooden skewers for 30 minutes before skewering.
Add the spices to the cubed steak and combine.
Make the skewers by alternating veggies, pineapple, steak, about 2 times per skewer (I like have 3-4 pieces of meat per skewer).
Over a BBQ grill, or a grill pan over high heat, grill for ~8 minutes, or until done. When nearing the end of cooking, start brushing the skewers with the Jerk BBQ Sauce. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
