Grilled Chicken & Cottage Cheese Sandwich
This cottage cheese sandwich has grilled chicken, homemade roasted red pepper spread, lettuce, and tomatoes on whole wheat.

- 2 slices whole wheat bread toasted
- 1 slice mozzarella cheese
- 1 piece grilled chicken
- 2-3 tbs roasted red pepper spread
- 2-3 tbs cottage cheese
- lettuce & tomato
Spread the roasted red peppers on the bottom slice, top with lettuce, chicken, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and then spread the cottage cheese onto the top slice. Cut and enjoy!
