Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates
A perfect appetizer, these dates are filled with creamy goat cheese, wrapped in prosciutto, and drizzled with hot honey.

- 12 medjool dates pitted
- 2 oz goat cheese softened
- 3 slices prosciutto di parma sliced into 3 strips each
- hot honey
- fresh thyme
- olive oil for brushing
- dried cranberries optional
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and an oven-safe wire rack.
Open each date and stuff with a bit of the softened goat cheese. Close shut and wipe off any excess cheese.
Take a strip of the prosciutto and wrap it around the date. Place seam side down on the wire rack. Repeat with each date.
Brush the dates with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy.
While still on the wire rack, drizzle each date with hot honey. Sprinkle with a bit more thyme and serve on a platter dotted with some dried cranberries. Enjoy!
