Dutch Baby Pancake
A Dutch Baby Pancake, also known as a German Pancake, is like a crepe, a pancake, and french toast had a very delicious baby.

- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup warm milk
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 tbs sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tbs butter
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Add everything but the butter to a blender and blend until smooth, making sure to scrap down the sides. You can also mix this by hand if needed. Set aside.
Add the butter to the skillet and let heat up in the oven until the butter is melted, about 5 minutes.
Remove the skillet and pour the batter into it, making sure not the stir it. Add back to the oven and cook, undisturbed, for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake puffs up and browns a bit. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup.
