Crostini
These Crostini are the perfect base for your favorite toppings. Italian baguette is sliced, drizzled with olive oil, seasoned, and toasted to golden perfection.

- 1 Italian baguette toasts sliced on an angle ½ inch thick
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt & pepper to taste
- 1 garlic clove optional
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Add the sliced crostini to the baking sheet. Brush olive oil over each crostini, then sprinkle the salt and pepper. Flip each piece, and repeat on the other side.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and flip each crostini over. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the crostini are golden.
Let cool a few minutes, then rub the garlic clove over each crostini. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
