Chimichurri Sauce
This simple chimichurri sauce is packed with flavor and perfect for using on chicken, steaks, and fish.
Servings: 2 cups
- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup parsley chopped
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- 1-2 small red chilies (or jalepenos) minced
- 1-2 tbs dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
