1cupbasil pesto

Instructions
Preheat pizza stone for 45 minutes at 550 degrees F. Lower to 450 when you're about to build your flatbread.
Add parchment paper to a pizza peel. Roll out one dough at a time to make an oval. Add to the pizza peel and top with basil pesto, mozzarella, tomatoes and prosciutto.
Transfer flatbread to the pizza stone and bake for 18–20 minutes or until toppings are done. (Time will be shorter if using store-bought pre-cooked flatbread.)
Remove flatbread and top with more basil pesto, balsamic glaze and fresh basil.
