Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Sweet Rolls
These are like your favorite buffalo chicken dip and some fluffy and warm garlic bread made a delicious baby. Perfect appetizer for parties!

- 24 King's Hawaiian sweet rolls with holes cut out
- 2 chicken breast shredded (about 2-3 cups)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup Marie's Blue Cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese room temp
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded (plus ¼ cup for topping)
- ¼ cup mozzarella shredded (plus ¼ cup for topping)
- ¼ cup chopped chives
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
For the garlic butter
- 1 stick salted butter melted
- 2 garlic cloves grated
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and add parchment paper to two baking sheets.
Add the sweet rolls to the baking sheets and spoon 2–3 tbs of the chicken mixture into each roll.
Make the garlic butter and spread the butter onto each set of rolls.
Sprinkle the tops with more cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and then bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy (about 15–18 minutes).
