Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Sweet Rolls

These are like your favorite buffalo chicken dip and some fluffy and warm garlic bread made a delicious baby. Perfect appetizer for parties!

Ingredients

  • 24 King's Hawaiian sweet rolls with holes cut out
  • 2 chicken breast shredded (about 2-3 cups)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup Marie's Blue Cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese room temp
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded (plus ¼ cup for topping)
  • ¼ cup mozzarella shredded (plus ¼ cup for topping)
  • ¼ cup chopped chives
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

For the garlic butter

  • 1 stick salted butter melted
  • 2 garlic cloves grated
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • 2 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and add parchment paper to two baking sheets.
  • Add the sweet rolls to the baking sheets and spoon 2–3 tbs of the chicken mixture into each roll.
  • Make the garlic butter and spread the butter onto each set of rolls.
  • Sprinkle the tops with more cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and then bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy (about 15–18 minutes).
